Throughout 2018 and 2019, Shake Shack plans to open four New Jersey locations in Marlton, Lawrence Township, Wayne, and Parsippany, adding to the four that already exist in Bridgewater, Livingston, and Paramus. The locations will be split between northern and southern New Jersey.

The first to open up will be Marlton (321 Route 70 West), a suburb of Philadelphia, which is slated to start serving customers sometime this spring. Following that will be Lawrence Township (3303 Brunswick Pike), just south of Princeton, with an opening targeted for this summer.

Early winter will bring the opening of a location in the Passaic County town of Wayne (exact address TBD), and the final in early 2019 in Parsippany, the first in Morris County, in the Waterview Marketplace shopping center. The locations will seat varying amounts of patrons, with both indoor and outdoor options. Shake Shack locations are designed to fit the neighborhood they are in, so each will be unique to its community.

Shake Shack started as a hot dog stand in NYC’s Madison Square Park in 2001. After much success, a permanent location was opened there in 2004. Today, Shake Shack has expanded to include locations in 21 states and 11 other countries.
