With over $50 million in funding secured, KRE Group is moving forward with its first development in Bayonne, called Harbor Station North.

A developer wants to construct a project with 70 residential units, a rooftop terrace, and more along Avenue E in Bayonne a few blocks away from the 8th Street stop on the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.

With a price tag of over $1.3 Billion, The Navigational Clearance Project is one of the largest public works projects in the NYC metro area. Known locally as the Bayonne Bridge raising, the project hasn’t garnered the attention that it deserves.
