Journal Square is coming back. The newest project, called Baldwin Place, is a two phase development that will bring nearly 1000 rental units to the historic heart of Jersey City.

In Phase I they will construct two new 7 story buildings followed by two 25 story buildings in phase II. Once complete the complex will boast 980 rental units, a roof-top pool, 36,447 square feet of ground floor retail and a 502 space parking garage.

Located just a short walk to the Journal Square PATH, Baldwin Place will join Journal Squared and One Journal Square in revitalizing the once vibrant neighborhood.
