The Morgan Overview
The Morgan is part of the larger Provost Square project being developed by Toll Brothers in Downtown Jersey City. Phase I has recently been completed and consists of a 38 story 420 unit rental tower above a parking garage and amenity spaces. There is also a 13,020 square foot retail space. Construction began in 2014 and was completed in late 2015.
Occupancy began in October 2015 and leasing is ongoing.
The complete project will contain 925 rental and condo units, a 550 seat performing arts theater and a pedestrian plaza.
